Post sandy

Lucky for me im upstate of the city so less damage just trees down and messy leaves my power was just regained today so i need clean out the fridge and freezer :( disappointing but i am looking forward and keeping those less fortunate than me in my thoughts . On the brighter side it is november and for me the holiday season is my favorite family friends and lots of good times. So im excited to re organize my apartment and then move in to my favorite time of year

Also in my sandy power outage i played football with the boys ate the biggest calzone ive seen and played some board games fire side so we got by electric free :)

Pumpkin carving Boston and Lush

Pumpkin carving with my parents friday was tons of fun we did tinker-bell and Mickey. Mickeys face is a little distorted but it was our first attempt at character pumpkins so i think they came out pretty well.

The following day i went for birthday shenanagins with the cousins which was so much fun lots of alcohol and food we went to Nico in the north end for dinner where i got gnocchi which were delicious and we got pastries to go with our beer at the bar after and we played a real fun drinking game i believe called fingers. It was a good family girls weekend and nice to catch up since im normally in new york and theyre in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.

Now on to my favorite store lush i got two bathboms and a bubble bar and then the sales associate threw in a sample of the twilight body wash now i usually use soap as opposed to body wash but the sample smells so good if it works well i might switch to body wash

Day with my parents :)

So today i drove home to my parents and spent the day shopping with them it was alot of fun! First we went to pier one i have never really realized how fantastic that store is lol i found an adorable penguin wine glass and then tried on a couple masquerade masks next we went to crate and barrel where my mom bought a new set of plates i love that store too i try to picture my future house and then the mall which my mom bought me some christmas presents and we stopped at pink berry which was delicious i got half mango half original with mango pieces :) then came home and went to walmart and target and then tonight we went to dinner at a local pizza place where i got buffalo chicken pizza and classic bud light i love my bud light make fun of me all you want but its my favorite! So that was my lovely day with my parents!

Beautiful day at cronomer hill going to the top of the fire tower is an incredible view of the hudson and all the fall colors!

So I have not been blogging for a while I previously had the blog chaotic sanity which I haven't written anything in over 2 years approximately. A lot has changed and I've grown up and moved forward with life this is going to be my outlet my inspiration and my motivation.
